I first noticed the "five meals with five chicken breasts" idea from Parenting The Tiniest of Miracles and have been anxious to try this myself.  With the sale at Hannaford this week and the $2.00 Hannaford meat coupon, I paid about $.81 per lb. for bone-in chicken breast! 

Not only can you make five meals, but Jessie also shows you how to make homemade chicken noodle soup and homemade stock out of the chicken bones.

  Asian Chicken Stir-Fry With Mixed Veggies

  Chicken, Broccoli & Garlic White Pizza

  Batter-Dipped Chicken Sandwiches

Saturday:
  Chicken Vegetable Soup - Using homemade stock! Yum!


Sunday:
  Leftover Night

Dessert - Pear Upside-Down Cake - This is quick, easy and delicious.


And now I'm off to the kitchen to prep the chicken for this week.....
