  Braised Sausage & Beans

  Pasta Dish 

Wednesday:
   Chicken Taco & Rice  - When my husband and I first got married, he told me that this was his favorite meal when he was a kid and asked me to get this recipe from his mom. :)  It is very good and lucky for me it is very easy to prepare...it's a whole meal in one skillet!

Thursday:
  Soy and Garlic Marinated Chicken

Friday:
  Ranch Style Baked Beans & Hot Dogs - The recipe that I linked to is similar to the recipe that I use.  I don't use the soup mix or the water in my recipe and I only use 2 tsp. of vinegar and 1/2 c. brown sugar.  I love this recipe--so easy and no one will know that this dish is not "real" baked beans.

Saturday:
  Scalloped Potatoes w/Chicken & Peas

Sunday:
  Leftover Night

Yum!! Sounds like a great week! Thanks for sharing the taco rice recipe - I love how it's a one dish meal! I'm also interested in the ranch baked beans... I've been looking for a good baked bean recipe so I'll be checking this out as well!
