I am so inspired by Menu Plan Mondays . . . now if I would just do them. I love how diverse your meals are . . . I might just have to give these a try next week. They ALL sound like something my family would like!
Hi Rene! I love menu planning. Not only does having a plan save me money at the grocery store, but it also helps me have a good variety of meals {we used to eat the same 5 or 6 meals every week!}. My husband also enjoys coming home to a happy and less stressed wife. :) Oh, and we also eat out a LOT less often.
I will admit that every week doesn't go exactly as planned. If something comes up, sometimes I need to move meals around, but it is nice to have a guide to go by.
Our favorite meal is the Chicken Taco & Rice. My husband loves the flavor, but I love it because it can be made all in one skillet...so simple and very little clean up! :)
